No. 205). On August 23, 2011, Defendants requested that certain portions of Plaintiff’s Response Memorandum be redacted and for Plaintiff to refile its Memorandum redacted and to seal the full document. Based on a stipulation between the parties, Plaintiff requests that its Response to Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment be removed and filed under seal and that Plaintiff be permitted to file a redacted version of its Response Memorandum. For the reasons stated above, Plaintiff’s Response to Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment Memorandum is hereby removed by the Clerk of the Court from the Docket and filed under seal.
