ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO
CONTINUE PRETRIAL CONFERENCE AND TRIAL
Now before the Court is Defendants The Epic Media Group, Inc., Connexus
Corporation, Firstlook, Inc., and Navigation Catalyst Systems, Inc.’s Motion to Continue
Pretrial Conference and Trial (Doc. No. 206). For the reasons stated on the record at a
telephonic hearing held August 31, 2011, the motion is GRANTED.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that trial is rescheduled to begin March 12, 2012, at
9:00 a.m. The final pretrial conference set for September 26, 2011, is adjourned without
date; however, the parties shall be available by phone on September 26, 2011, at 2:00
p.m. for a status conference.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
