JUDGMENT
Petitioner Gordon David Jr. (“Petitioner”), presently confined at the Chippewa
Correctional Facility in Kincheloe, Michigan, seeks the issuance of a writ of habeas
corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. In his pro se application, Petitioner challenges his
conviction in 2005 for second-degree murder in violation of Michigan Compiled Laws
§ 750.317. In an Opinion and Order issued on this date, the Court denied the petition.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, that Petitioner’s application
for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
