ORDER
Petitioners.
Before: GUY, GIBBONS, and NALBANDIAN, Circuit Judges.
Plaintiffs American Freedom Defense Initiative, Pamela Geller, and Robert Spencer
petition the court for a writ of mandamus directing the district court to rule on cross-motions for
summary judgment pending before it since August 2013.
Under the circumstances, a response from the district court would be helpful to the court.
The district court is INVITED to respond to the petition for a writ of mandamus within twentyeight days, advising the court of the status of the pending motions, and of the time necessary for
their disposition. See Fed. R. App. P. 21(b)(4).
ENTERED BY ORDER OF THE COURT
