STIPULATED ORDER REGARDING DISCOVERY
At a session of said court held in Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan
Port Huron, Michigan on January 21, 2011
PRESENT: HON. Lawrence P. Zatkoff
HONORABLE LAWRENCE P. ZATKOFF
The parties, by and through counsel, hereby agree to the following production of
records pursuant to Plaintiff’s First Discovery Request:
All records related to Plaintiff including, but not limited to, all audio and video of the
booking, intake and custody areas of the Township police department; Defendants’ daily
logs; ctizen complaints made against Defendants; Department’s daily lineups; request for
warrant; all Defendants’ insurance records related to coverage of this incident; Plaintiff’s
fingerprint/photograph information, booking sheet; arrest book and any other information
related to Plaintiff’s arrest, which Defendants have failed to produce.
DEFENDANTS SHALL PROVIDE THE REQUESTED DISCOVERY BEFORE OR ON JANUARY 24, 2011.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
