ZATKOFF The parties, by and through counsel, hereby agree to the following production of records pursuant to Plaintiff’s First Discovery Request: All records related to Plaintiff including, but not limited to, all audio and video of the booking, intake and custody areas of the Township police department; Defendants’ daily logs; ctizen complaints made against Defendants; Department’s daily lineups; request for warrant; all Defendants’ insurance records related to coverage of this incident; Plaintiff’s fingerprint/photograph information, booking sheet; arrest book and any other information related to Plaintiff’s arrest, which Defendants have failed to produce.
