ORDER COMPELLING DISCLOSURE OF EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS
This matter, having come before this Honorable Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to
Compel Disclosures, briefs in support of opposition to said motion having been filed and
counsel of record having appeared before this Honorable Court on May 24, 2012, and this
Court otherwise being fully advised in the instant premises;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant shall produce to counsel for plaintiff a
written report of each and every expert that it intends to call at the time of trial not later than
Thursday, June 14, 2012.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel of record re-appear before this Honorable
Court on June 7, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m., to discuss any remaining issues raised
in Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Disclosures.
This order neither resolves the last pending claim nor closes the captioned case.
