STIPULATED ORDER TO EXTEND DEADLINES
Upon the stipulation of Plaintiff Angelo Binno and Defendant American Bar
Association (“ABA”) and the Court being otherwise fully advised, and having already
reset the hearing date for oral argument to November 22, 2011 at 2:00pm.

IT IS ORDERED that the time for the ABA to serve a responsive pleading, state a
defense or objection, file a motion, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s First Amended
Complaint shall be extended until September 19, 2011.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if the ABA files a responsive pleading, states a
defense or objection, files a motion, or otherwise responds to Plaintiff’s First Amended
Complaint, and if Plaintiff is required or permitted to file a response, the deadline for
such response shall be extended until October 17, 2011. The ABA may file a reply to
Plaintiff’s response by October 31, 2011.
