TRANSFERRING ACTION TO THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a)

This matter having come before the Court upon stipulation of Plaintiff Visual Interactive
Phone Concepts, Inc., and Defendant Google, Inc., and the Court otherwise being fully advised
by the parties that they have agreed to transfer this case to the Northern District of California.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is transferred to the Northern District of
California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a);
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that upon transfer, it is anticipated that the Northern
District of California will set a new Case Management Conference and enter a new Scheduling
Order governing the events in this matter, including, but not limited to, the exchange of initial
disclosures, timing for responses to any written discovery previously served by the parties in this
matter, preliminary infringement contentions, preliminary invalidity contentions, and claim

construction proceedings, and accordingly, the Scheduling Order, Dkt. # 25, previously entered
in this matter is hereby VACATED.
SO ORDERED.
