This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Obtain Court
Approval of Settlement and Distribution of Settlement Proceeds, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this Court approves the settlement amount to be
paid to the heirs of the decedent as loss of society and companionship, and not as or for
conscious pain and suffering.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that the following costs and fees are
approved, based on the representations and stipulations of the parties and interested
persons:
