STIPULATION AND ORDER
GRANTING MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT
This matter having come before the Court on the stipulation of counsel and the Court being
otherwise fully informed on the premises;
WHEREFORE Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant ADG, LLC has filed a Motion for Partial Summary
Judgment (Dkt #18);
WHEREFORE the Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff James N. White stipulates to the relief
requested in the Motion;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant ADG, LLC’s Motion for Partial
Summary Judgment is granted and Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff James N. White’s hostile work
environment harassment counterclaim is dismissed with prejudice.
