FW: scheduling order
Ms Wagner
I did not receive a reply from you to my request that Mr. Gillooly be informed by the Court that i am still
allowed to file the "traditional way" and that he be aware that he must serve me with his filings either by
mail or by e-mail. Under Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 5(a)(b) I believe i am entitled to service on motions and other
filings.

Mr Bormuth,
In our standard scheduling order the first paragraph refers to
attorneys, They are required to e/file their documents. Since you are
not an attorney, this requirement does not pertain to you. You may file
the "traditional way" with hard copies. The Clerk's office Scans them
onto the electronic docket when they are submitted.
The attorneys in this case are required to serve you via mail with any
filings that they submit.
Some pro se parties are e/filers. If you wish to become one, there are some
requirements that you would have to meet. That information is on the
Court's website at www.mied.uscourts.gov or call the help desk at
313-234-5042.

Subject: scheduling order
Ms. Wagner
I received the Court's scheduling order today and I had an immediate
question about ORDER #1. Does this mean i no longer get to file any motions
or get to respond to motions made by the defendants? I cannot
electronically file. This is a serious handicap. How am i to guide this
pleading if i cannot file my motions and briefs with the Court?
