Under Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 5(a)(b) I believe i am entitled to service on motions and other filings. Since you are not an attorney, this requirement does not pertain to you. You may file the "traditional way" with hard copies. The Clerk's office Scans them onto the electronic docket when they are submitted. The attorneys in this case are required to serve you via mail with any filings that they submit. Some pro se parties are e/filers. If you wish to become one, there are some requirements that you would have to meet. That information is on the Court's website at www.mied.uscourts.gov or call the help desk at 313-234-5042. (Embedded image moved to file: pic06868.jpg) Lisa Wagner, Case Manager to Judge Robert H. Does this mean i no longer get to file any motions or get to respond to motions made by the defendants? I cannot electronically file. This is a serious handicap. How am i to guide this pleading if i cannot file my motions and briefs with the Court? > Peter Bormuth pic06868.jpg
