ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
On October 24, 2013, Magistrate Judge Grand issued a Report and
Recommendation [Doc.14], recommending that Defendant’s Motion for Summary
Judgment [Doc. 13] be denied, Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 11] be
Granted in Part, the ALJ’s decision be reversed and case remanded. Neither party filed
objections within the fourteen day period pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P 72(b) and 28 U.S.C. §
636(b)(1). The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation.
This matter is remanded for further administrative proceedings consistent with
the Report and Recommendation.
