It is further ordered that Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment [ECF No. 22] is DENIED, Defendant’s motion for summary judgment [ECF No. 18] is GRANTED, the findings of the Commissioner are AFFIRMED, and the case is hereby DISMISSED.
