ORDER STAYING CIVIL FORFEITURE PROCEEDING
This matter having come before the Court on the Government’s Unopposed
Motion for Entry of Order Staying Civil Forfeiture Proceeding, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case shall be stayed until August 27,
2015.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that after the stay is lifted, the parties shall
have a reasonable time to conclude discovery and file dispositive motions prior to
any pretrial or trial proceedings.
