M ichig a n Department of History, Arts and Libraries and the Michigan Department of E n v i r o n m e n t a l Quality seek to intervene for the limited purpose of filing a motion to dismiss f o r lack of jurisdiction and of defending the state's interest in and jurisdiction over its b o t t o m la n d s and maritime cultural heritage. It appearing to the Court that the Plaintiff Great L a k e s Exploration Group LLC has no objection to the motion to intervene, the Court finds t h a t those agencies may properly intervene for said purposes.
