Scoville issued a Report and R e c o m m e n d a tio n ("R&R") recommending that Plaintiff Robert Annabel, II's motion for p re lim in a ry injunction (Dkt. No. 53) be denied. (Dkt. No. 64, R&R.) The R&R was duly s e rv e d on the parties. No objections have been filed, and the deadline for doing so has e x p ire d . Upon review, the Court concludes that the R&R correctly analyzes the issues and m a k e s a sound recommendation. Accordingly, I T IS HEREBY ORDERED that the R&R (Dkt. No. 64) is APPROVED and A D O P T E D as the opinion of the Court. I T IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction (Dkt. N o . 53) is DENIED.
