An initial Rule 16 Scheduling Conference was held on September 14, 2011. Following discussion
on the record, the Court determined that further briefing on the bankruptcy and standing issue is required
prior to the issuance of a Case Management Order. The following schedule was set:

Alternative Dispute Resolution: Counsel shall
notify the Court of their preference and expected
timing of ADR by efiling a Joint Preference for
ADR no later than:
November 30, 2011
The Court will address a complete Case Management Order following its decision on the bankruptcy
and standing issue.
