Magistrate Judge in this action on December 14, 2017 (ECF No. 4).

was re-mailed to Petitioner at his new address on December 18, 2017). No objections have been

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation of the
Magistrate Judge (ECF No. 4) is approved and adopted as the opinion of the Court.
