ORDER APPROVING AND ADOPTING
MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
On February 17, 2012, Magistrate Judge Timothy P. Greeley issued a Report and
Recommendation (“R&R”) recommending that Defendants’ motions for summary judgment
(Dkt. Nos. 10, 19, 28) be granted and that Plaintiff Solomon’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 prisoner
civil rights complaint be dismissed in its entirety. (Dkt. No. 31, R&R.) The R&R was duly
served on the parties. No objections have been filed, and the deadline for doing so has
expired. The Court has reviewed the matter and concludes that the R&R correctly analyzes
the issues and makes a sound recommendation. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the February 17, 2012, R&R (Dkt. No. 31) is
APPROVED and ADOPTED as the opinion of the Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants’ motions for summary judgment (Dkt.
Nos. 10, 19, 28) are GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) and Fed. R. App.
P. 24(a)(3) that an appeal of this action would not be in good faith.
Dated: March 14, 2012
