UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF MICHIGAN NORTHERN DIVISION WILLIAM TODD LAPLANTE, Plaintiff, Case No: 2:13-CV-32 v. HON. ROBERT HOLMES BELL MICHAEL LOVELACE, et al, Defendants. / ORDER APPROVING AND ADOPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION On February 10, 2015, Magistrate Judge Timothy P. Greeley issued a Report and Recommendation (“R&R”) recommending that Defendants’ motions for summary judgment (ECF Nos. 71, 76) be granted and that Plaintiff’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 prisoner civil rights complaint be dismissed in its entirety. (ECF No. 100.) The R&R was duly served on the parties. No objections have been filed, and the deadline for doing so has expired. The Court has reviewed the matter and concludes that the R&R correctly analyzes the issues and makes a sound recommendation. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the R&R (ECF No. 100) is APPROVED and ADOPTED as the opinion of the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants’ motions for summary judgment (ECF Nos. 71, 76) are GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED in its entirety. IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) and Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(3) that an appeal of this action would not be in good faith.
