This motion is supported by a memorandum, and the Declarations of Jenna J. Bayer and Alison McCarthy. Those documents have been filed under seal because they contain information the defendants have designated confidential under the Protective Order. A (Proposed) Order is being emailed to the Court's email address, and a set of courtesy copies will be delivered to the Court.
