The Thomson Corporation, West Publishing Corporation, and West Services, Defendants. On October 6, 2010, Plaintiff TimeBase Pty, Ltd., moved for leave to file a supplemental memorandum concerning the claim-construction issues that are currently before the Court in this patent infringement case. On October 8, 2010, Defendants The Thomson Corporation, West Publishing Corporation, and West Services filed their letter opposing Plaintiff's motion. The Court grants Plaintiff's motion. Defendants, if they so choose, may respond to Plaintiff's supplemental memorandum on or before October 22, 2010. Based on the files, records, and proceedings herein, and for the reasons stated above, IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. 2. Plaintiff's motion for leave to file a supplemental claim construction memorandum [Docket No. 185] is GRANTED.
