ORDER
Before the Court are the letters submitted by the parties (Doc. Nos. 220 and 221), concerning the pre-trial schedule post-Markman hearing. In consultation with the Honorable Joan N. Ericksen, the undersigned will address the issues raised by the parties in their respective letters. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties may e-file more detailed position statements, not to exceed three (3) pages, by the end of day, Monday, January 31, 2011. The Court will then review the submissions of the parties and issue an order addressing pre-trial deadlines going forward.
