I am an adult resident of the State of Connecticut and am the Senior Director of Media Assets and Duplication Services for ESPN, Inc. I make this affidavit on personal knowledge. 2. The DVDs that have been produced in response to the subpoena served in this action contain complete and accurate records of the audio and audio-visual broadcasts aired on the dates reflected on those disks. This information is a part of our business records and has been maintained in the ordinary course of our business by persons knowledgeable about the contents of those business records.
