ORDER ON BRIEFING SCHEDULE FOR MOTION TO REMAND
Boston Scientific Corp., Guidant Corp., and St. Anthony Medical Center, Defendants. Plaintiff filed a Motion to Remand (MDL No. 05-1708 (DWF/AJB), Doc. No. 1258; Civ. No. 07-1129 (DWF/AJB), Doc. No. 1) on February 20, 2007. Plaintiff did not request oral argument. Guidant submitted its response to the motion on March 5, 2007. Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(b), Plaintiff shall submit his reply no later than 12 days after he receives Guidant's opposition. The Court will rule on the Motion without oral argument.
