Plaintiff Irene Kocol filed a Motion to Remand Case [28 U.S.C. 1442 (A)(1)], Request for Sanction [28 U.S.C. 1447 (c)] on May 21, 2007. (MDL No. 05-1708 (DWF/AJB), Doc. No. 1810; Civ. No. 07-2009 (DWF/AJB), Doc. No. 3.) Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(b), Defendants shall submit their opposition to Kocol's Motion no later than 25 days after they receive this Order. Kocol shall submit her reply, if any, no later than 7 days after she receives Defendants' opposition.
