AFFIDAVIT OF ED REICHOW on behalf of TITLECRAFT, INC. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ) ss. COUNTYOF HENNEPIN ) I, Ed Reichow, being duly sworn upon oath depose and state as follows: 1. 2. I am the owner of Titlecraft, Inc. The Lombardi trophy is made of sterling silver with a full sized football being held up by three concave tapered sides and measures approximately 24-27" tall. 3. Titlecraft's trophy components are made of wood with a finished height of 19". 4. Titlecraft's trophy ball is turned out of a solid Ash or Walnut material with the laces being made of wood as well. 5. Titlecraft's trophy base is made from a variety of different woods and veneers from Cherry, Walnut, and maple for the hardwoods and Maple Burl, Lacewood, and Carpathian Elm for the veneers. This component alone gives the trophies a completely different look from the high polish the Lombardi Trophy is known for. 6. The Titlecraft trophy base is made up of eight different parts.
