Motion is GRANTED, and pursuant to the Master Settlement Agreement and Federal
Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 41(a), the action styled Thomas v. Medtronic, Inc., Civil
Action No. 10-cv-01106, is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
