ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, (Doc. No. 2 ), is DENIED; 2. This action is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1); 3. Plaintiff is required to pay the unp aid balance of the Court filing fee, namely the full $263.78, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2); and 4.
