Defendants.
WHEREAS, the undersigned magistrate judge has been engaged in court-ordered
mediation/settlement discussions between the Brady plaintiffs and the defendants, and
WHEREAS, the Court deems is necessary to order the principals of both sides to
continue efforts towards resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the attorneys for the Brady
plaintiffs and the attorneys for the defendants shall appear before the undersigned magistrate
judge in Chambers 9E, 300 South Fourth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota, at 8:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, July 19, 2011. In addition to the attorneys, party representatives with full settlement
authority shall appear at that time and place to continue settlement discussions.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that both sides shall meet and confer on various dates to
be agreed upon by both sides prior to July 19, 2011, in an effort to define and narrow the
differences between their respective settlement positions. The attorneys shall be prepared to
report to the magistrate judge during the evening hours on Monday, July 18, 2011, at a time to be
determined, for an in-person agenda-setting meeting.
