UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA Tom Brady, et al, Civil No. 11-639 (SRN/JJG) Plaintiffs, v. ORDER National Football League, et al., Defendants. On July 4, 2011, the plaintiffs named above filed a Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint and Crossclaim (Doc. No. 142), and on July 5, 2011, the undersigned issued an order setting a briefing schedule and scheduling a motion hearing for August 8, 2011 (Doc. No. 150). On July 13, 2011, plaintiffs filed an Amended Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint and Crossclaim (Doc. No. 157). On July 19, 2011, the parties filed an Amended Joint Motion to Reschedule the Hearing and Extend the Briefing Schedule on the Eller Plaintiffs’ Motion to Amend (Doc. No. 175). Upon review of the papers filed and based upon the all the files, records and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The Amended Joint Motion (Doc. No. 175) is GRANTED and the hearing scheduled for August 8, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. is STRICKEN; 2. Defendants shall file their response to the Amended Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint and Crossclaim (Doc. No. 157), including memorandum and all supporting documents, on or before August 24, 2011; 3. Named Plaintiffs shall file their reply to Defendants’ response on or before August 31, 2011; and 4. The hearing on the motion will take place on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 3B, Warren E.
