Before the Court is the Motion to Consolidate Cases [Doc. No. 15] filed by Plaintiffs in
Eller v. Nat'l Football League, 11-CV-748 SRN/JJG. Defendants do not oppose this motion, nor
do Plaintiffs in Brady v. Nat'l Football League, 11-CV-639 SRN/JJG.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.

The Motion to Consolidate Cases [Doc. No. 15] filed by Plaintiffs in Eller v. Nat'l
Football League, 11-CV-748 SRN/JJG is GRANTED.

2.

Case numbers 11-CV-639 SRN/JJG and 11-CV-748 SRN/JJG shall hereby be
consolidated under case number 11-CV-639 SRN/JJG and 11-CV-748 SRN/JJG
shall be dismissed. Any documents filed in 11-CV-748 SRN/JJG shall be copied
and docketed in case number 11-CV-639 SRN/JJG.

A copy of this Order shall be placed in both of the above files.
