Pursuant to Rule 42(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiffs Carl
Eller, Priest Holmes, Obafemi Ayanbadejo, and Ryan Collins (the “Eller Plaintiffs”)
hereby move the Court for an order consolidating this case with the related case of Brady
v. NFL, No. 0:11-cv-00639-SRN-JJG (D. Minn.) (“Brady”), for all purposes, including

the Hearing on the Motion for Temporary Injunction scheduled to be heard on April 6,
2011. “Order” (March 14, 2011) (Brady Dkt. No. 33).
This Motion is based upon all of the files, records and proceedings in this action,
the arguments of counsel, and the accompanying Memorandum and authorities cited
therein.
