record with three exhibits that were inadvertently omitted from the March 11, 2011 Declaration
of Richard A. Berthelsen in Support of Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Preliminary Injunction [Doc. No.
7], as well as a document referenced in the March 28, 2011 Supplemental Declaration of Richard
A. Berthelsen [Doc. No. 42]. Plaintiffs’ request is granted and counsel is directed to supplement
