the files, records and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that that the
Motion to Dismiss by defendant Peterson, Fram, & Bergman, PA’s is granted [Docket
No. 13], and Peterson, Fram, & Bergman, PA. is dismissed with prejudice from this
case.
