No. 9] is GRANTED, and all claims against these Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE except the ADA, Rehabilitation Act, MHRA, and breach of contract claims, which are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. 2. The Motion to Dismiss filed by City of Minneapolis, Gregory Jeddeloh, and Minneapolis Third Precinct Police Department [Doc. No. 24] is GRANTED, and all claims against these Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 3.
