All of Plaintiff’s claims in Count I against the Moving Defendants are
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE;

All of Plaintiff’s claims in Count II against the Moving Defendants are
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

All of Plaintiff’s claims in Count III against the Moving Defendants are
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
