IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

Petitioner Michael Henderson’s amended Petition Under 28 U.S.C. § 2254
for Writ of Habeas Corpus by a Person in State Custody, ECF No. 5-1, is DENIED and this
action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

No certificate of appealability shall be issued.
