1. The Report and Recommendation (Dkt. No. 6) is ADOPTED; and
2. Plaintiff Aaron William Dick is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE from this
action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) for failure to prosecute.
