Dyncorp’s motion for summary judgment on Hughes’ claim for race discrimination relative to her failure to promote claim is DENIED. Dyncorp’s motion for summary judgment on Hughes’ claim for sex discrimination relative to her failure to promote claim is DENIED. Dyncorp’s motion for summary judgment on Hughes’ claim for race discrimination relative to her termination claim is DENIED. Dyncorp’s motion for summary judgment on Hughes’ claim for sex discrimination relative to her termination claim is GRANTED.
