Defendant/Third Party Plaintiff Fred's Store of Tennessee, Inc., does voluntarily dismiss without
prejudice the Third Party Complaint filed in this action.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Third Party Complaint in this action
is dismissed without prejudice.
