AGREED ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
AS TO GOLDEN DRAGON SOURCING LTD CORPORATION
THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Joint Motion ore tenus for Voluntary
Dismissal Without Prejudice of the claims filed by the Plaintiff against Defendant Golden Dragon
Sourcing Ltd Corporation (“Golden Dragon”), and the Court being advised in the premises finds
that the motion is well taken and should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that, pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41(a)(2),
the claims of the Plaintiff against Defendant Golden Dragon, be and same are hereby dismissed
without prejudice with each party to bear their own costs, and Plaintiff expressly reserves the
claims against all remaining Defendants in this action.
The Clerk of Court is directed to amend the style of this case to “Harvey v. Seventh
Avenue, Inc.” to reflect the dismissal of Defendant Golden Dragon Sourcing.
