Having considered the Motion and the reasons stated therein, the Court finds that good cause exists for the requested extension and that the Motion should be granted. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, that Defendants' Motion for Extension of Time is hereby GRANTED, and Defendants shall have up to, and including, July 24, 2007, within which to serve their Rebuttal Memorandum in Support of Their Motion to Dismiss and their Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint.
