FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLVING PERMANENT INJUNCTION: Ordered that the Judgmententered by this Court on May 24, 1985 which granted the City of Biloxi a permanent injunction be dissolved since the subject property is no longerused for the purpose of a federal courthouse and the injunction in place is nolonger necessary.
