authorities, finds that in accord with its Memorandum Opinion and Order entered
this date,
IT IS, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that Plaintiff’s claims against
Defendant Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
