Plaintiff to remand this cause of action to the Chancery Court of Jackson County,
Mississippi, and Defendants having no objection and agreeing to same, and the
Court being fully advised of the premises is of the opinion that said motion is well
taken and should be granted.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff’s
Motion to Remand [2] is hereby GRANTED.
IT IS, FURTHER, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a certified copy of
this order of remand shall be immediately mailed by the Clerk of this Court to the
clerk of the state court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
