Jacqueline Banks, Hubert Davis, Ron King, Timothy Morris, Jennifer Roberts, and
Unknown Coleman, this civil action should be dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that, the above
captioned civil action is dismissed with prejudice as to all parties.
