This matter came on to be heard on Plaintiff Ricky Ronnell Ewing’s
Objections  to the Report and Recommendation  of United States Magistrate
Judge John C. Gargiulo, entered in this case on November 17, 2016, recommending
that Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment  be granted. The Court, after
a full review and consideration of Plaintiff’s Objections , the Magistrate Judge’s
Report and Recommendation , Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment ,
the record as a whole, and relevant legal authority, finds that in accord with its
Order entered herewith,
IT IS, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that this civil action is DISMISSED
