BEFORE THE COURT is the Second Motion to Dismiss Certain Defendants [67]
filed by the plaintiff Safeco Insurance Company of Illinois. The Court, being aware that
this is an interpleader action, having reviewed the motion and exhibits thereto, and having
fully considered the same, finds that the motion is well-taken and should be granted.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Second Motion to
Dismiss Certain Defendants [67] filed by the plaintiff Safeco Insurance Company of Illinois
is GRANTED. The following Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with
each party to bear its own costs:
1.
Lacy Snow;
2.
South Mississippi Emergency Physicians, P.A.;
3.
SMB Radiology, P.A.;
4.
Mississippi Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company;
5.
Brenda Winburn; and
6.
Clifford Winburn.
