ED SANFORD INSURANCE AND JOHN DOES 1-5 AGREED ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE CAME BEFORE THE COURT, the joint ore tenus motion of all the Parties to this Action, for entry of this Agreed Order of Dismissal with Prejudice. The Parties have represented to the Court that they have compromised and settled all of Plaintiffs' claims in this suit to their respective satisfaction. Accordingly, this Court FINDS that the motion for entry of dismissal with prejudice is well-taken.
